REGISTRATION FEE
On receipt of a completed registration form and a £80 non-refundable registration fee your child shall be placed on the waiting list and an approximate indication of availability shall be given. A registration fee is not payable if exclusively accessing funded hours only
DEPOSIT
A deposit of £200 for a part time place or £400 for a full-time place is requested one month prior to your child’s start date. You have the option of paying the deposit upon registration, this will secure your preferred start date. If you choose not to pay the deposit upon registration, your child’s start date is not yet secure, and we will offer you the nearest available date to the one that you have requested. This sum is refunded in full providing that one calendar months’ notice in writing is given prior to the child leaving and that no additional payment or fees are outstanding. If the child does not attend the nursery once the place has been accepted the deposit is not refundable. A deposit is not payable if exclusively accessing funded hours only
FEES
Fees are payable 52 weeks of the year. Fees must be paid within the first 7 days, monthly in advance by Standing Order or cash.
Any brought forward balances greater than £100 on the following month’s invoice may at the discretion of the Nursery Manager incur a 5% surcharge.
If payment of fees is outstanding for more than 28 days, the Nursery reserves the right to serve a seven-day notice in writing to terminate your child’s place. Upon termination the child shall cease to be admitted to the nursery, and the nursery’s notice of termination shall be regarded as a formal demand for all outstanding monies.

Universal Early Years Free Entitlement hours (EYFE) are available for all children on the first school term following their 3rd birthday and some working parents will qualify for funding from the 1st term following their child's 9 months anniversary.

DISCOUNT FOR SIBLINGS/HOLIDAYS
If a sibling of an existing child joins the nursery a discount of 15% is given on the fees of the first (eldest) child, provided they are attending the same number of sessions. Regrettably there is no discount for sickness or holidays unless your child is away for a full calendar month for which a 50% discount is given providing notification has been received in writing one month in advance.
